Ingredients for making creamy white Cocada:

 400 grams of fresh coconut

 1 box of condensed milk

 1 cup of sugar (160 grams)

 1 and 1/3 cup of milk

How to make creamy white Cocada:

Start by preparing this coconut candy by taking the water from the coconut and grating the coconut on a coarse grater. Reserve.

In a saucepan over high heat, place the milk and sugar. After it comes to a boil, lower the heat and leave for another 5 minutes.

The next step in this creamy white coconut recipe is to add the coconut and stir until the liquid is dry and loosens from the bottom of the pan.

Then add the condensed milk and keep stirring until it comes off the bottom of the pan again, as in the photo.

With the help of a spoon, distribute the sweet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it cool.
